Sean McManus - percussion, clarinet, vocals
If Sean's minimalist drumkit isn't near by, he's been known to play a suitcase, a pizza box, or whatever gives a good thwack when you whack it.
This young saxophonist/arts administrator/academic/music teacher/sous-chef is far from the slacker. Back when he was a full-time university student in his hometown of Brandon, MB, he ran both a jazz festival and a folk festival - while teaching high school half time. Done with the hectic burnout lifestyle of the prairies, he migrated to Toronto to complete a Master's degree in poopular music.
Now back in Winnipeg, Sean runs a training program for the local music industry association and still finds time to build websites and dodge traffic on Portage Avenue on his bicycle.
